Some people's biological chemistry is different than te others. Not everyone gets psoriasis, depression, constipation, etc .. of you're genetics handle B12 very well but not proteins, you metabolize everything with no weight or muscle gain(anorexia, hyperthyroidism). If you're genetics retain massive proteins but can't retain B12, you gain muscle, but also...
