  5. Yes celiac produces a lot of uncomfortable symptoms. It can also take a long time to heal. You will.be ok. Sedation helps
  6. I think if there is damage to the villi and she only went gluten free in Feb it would show on th3 endoscopy. But I am not a doctor. I have done 2 endoscopies you can do it. It is not that bad they give you sedetation for it
  7. Thanks I got mine from Amazon. I wonder if is fake then. I have called so many companies in the past 2 years. They are often have not clue about gluten. If they say is gluten free it might still not be. Just my experience. The only way to know is to see if it makes you sick. The only valuable information I have learned have been here on the internet forums...
  8. Thank you. Just curious did you also get a reaction from pure encapsulations? Did you feel sick? They say they are gluten free. I don't understand. This whole celiac issue is so consuming. I am so tired of it. What is the difference with the one you now take?

  10. Thank you. Just got it checked and it was 220 . Dr says that is still normal but I think is on the low end. Thank you. Yes I have read about it. I hear in Europe 500 to 1300 is optimal range. Here in Canada I guess that's different.

  12. I have been gluten free for 2 years and always have to take iron supplements. My ferritin has always be 5, 6 or 8 cannot get passed that. I was undiagnosed for a long time so have trouble with absorption. I still take an iron supplement.
  13. Thank you. I have tried everything. That is why I was interested to know what other brands of vitamins other people with Celiac are using. The other thing I find is that b complex make me feel good but them give me insomnia.

Their statement is vitamins are gluten free but do not have a gluten free facility. I have spent so much money on vitamins from different brands and get a reaction from all of them.
