Have you ever read "gluten-free living for dummies" by Danna Korn? I am reading it now and she did talk of gluten in make-up and beauty products and what she said is that unless they are on your mouth or near it so that it may be ingested it usually does not bother you. My daughter and i are planning a trip to the mall, she has been looking forward to this and we will be there around lunch time, I was wondering if anyone know of any gluten-free fast foods available out there? Or should I pack a lunch? Thanks! -

I have tried the pamela's bread mix, it was good, and you don't have to let it rise. you just let it sit for 60min, then bake, i set it in my oven, the oven was off of course, until it was time to bake. thanks for the crackers tip, i will try the blue diamond ones. -
I've been reading what people pack in their children's lunches for school, and I've gotten some good ideas, at home we are gluten-free, but at school my daughter eats regualar lunch, she only has four days left, otherwise I would be sending her lunch. Making good gluten-free bread has been very tricky for us as well. I tried Bob's red mill, it was OK, best when warm. So far we have liked all of the Pamela's products that we have tried. The bread was good, and it has recipes for making it into pizza dough etc., on the bag. We have also tried her pancakes, and cake mix, all were good. Good Luck! -
My daughter is 4yrs old and has been having abdominal pain, mucus in stools, fat in stools (showed split on lab sample), once my husband said it looked like someone had poured oil in the toilet, she did have a bout of diarrhea lately, I'm sure if this is related or not, but she frequently has to go have a BM after eating, her bowels move usually at least...
