    are bush's black beans gluten free? I see they list natural flavor as an ingredient and I am wondering if it is flour. they do not list a 1-800 number to call. I am trying to cook this for lunch, so I would like to know asap. I do have dried beans, but they have not been soaked, so they will take hours to cook. Please help? thanks!

    yes any pastry dough would do, mine was casein free too, i think, i used almond milk and spectrum margerine. mine was more bread like than dough like maybe it will be better next year!

    I have issues with yeast and now I believe may have celiac disease. I use stevia plus with inulin fiber, it's supposed to nourish the good bacteria. I read in "wheat free, worry free" that inulin is on the forbidden list, does this mean that the inulin fiber in the stevia plus contains gluten?

    we do have gluten free pretzels, I can send them with a nut butter, she can't bring PB to school, she loves gummi snacks, I will try applesauce or fruit cups again, she wasn't crazy about them the first time, but maybe now, we have had the enjoy life trail mix and she loves that! thanks for sharing your ideas!     I do think I have an overgrowth of intestinal yeast, I believe it is systemic because it keeps comming back when I treat it locally, so if you have had issues with yeast and have kicked it, please do tell me how?
