Yes! Since I've been gluten free when I accidently eat something with gluten in it my reactions are pretty severe. I know it's frustrating sometimes. You have to be so careful and sometimes its so hard! I mostly buy products that say "gluten free" -
Hi! Bring your own gluten free soy sauce. Be careful of the grilled eel, there's usually a sauce and it may be soy based. Also, don't eat the "fake" crab meat, it's processed with gluten products. I usually stick to simple combinations. Renee

Hi All! I'm traveling to Italy for the month of July! Cities include: Rome, Naples, Sorrento, Amalfi, Venice, Pisa, Florence and Cinque Terre.
