I do not normally handle the horses grain but i do handle the hay. There is also lots of dust in our barn. My dr has told me to try wearing one of those little white masks to see if it helps. Otherwise i will probably just take benadryl before i go out there. I am being alergy tested in about a month. Thanks, Becca

Hi, i'm not a skater either but i do ski in the winter. I also like to ride horses but i think i might be allergic to them. it is my 4th week on a trial diet and i have just started to feel better but i feel sick after ive been in my barn. I have gotten hives before but we're not sure if they're from the horses. I hope not! Becca

I am on the three month trial diet and have been on it for about four weeks. I have been strictly gluten free but I have a hard time finding good things to eat for breakfast. Before the gluten-free diet I ate cereals like raisin nut bran and frosted mini wheats. I need something quick and easy, so that's why I like cereal so much, and I'm not a huge fan...

Hey, I was just diagnosed 2 weeks ago! I used to play soccer but quit so I could spend more time riding. Lately I haven't been able to ride cuz iv been sick. going gluten free is a lot harder than i thought it would be. i also have eosinophilic esophagitis (e.e.), which is like an allergy. They thought i had e.g.e. (Eosinophilic gastroenteritis), too...
