  1. Do you have any tarps to line the inside of your truck with (I did read somewhere you drive a truck, right?)? Lawn and leaf bags work well in a pinch. Well, if it's an old truck, you can just hose the thing out when you get back. Are you taking Lyle along for the meet & greet? Good Luck and come tell us how it went as soon as you get back!!!
  2. I haven't had problems with cakes . . . only bread Allrecipes.com and recipezaar.com have a great gluten free yellow cake recipe (same recipe at both sites) which uses rice flour and tapioca starch. Get your white rice flour at an asian market, it will be a finer grind and gives you a better cake. If you read through the comments on allrecipes.com...
  3. OH!!!! Lisa's here!!! Everybody scatter!!!! We'll meet back later!!! . . . and . . . nooooooo, pretty much the opposite of everything you listed!
  4. Perhaps with the right kind of fertilizer . . . might I suggest that you don't clean the commode before planting your seeds. Any other thread, that might be too gross. What am I talkin' about??!! Poop gets discussed on just about every thread in this forum!!!
  5. That was quite lovely, Jin!!! And so good to see you. You need to stop by more often. I hope you're giving your old commode a place of honoUr somewhere and not just chucking it . . . they make lovely planters . . .
  6. So this has me visualizing Hell's Angels gathered around a punch bowl swapping information on hair care products and how do you manage long blowing hair . . . oh the damage motorcycle riding must do to their long locks.
  7. COOL BEANS, Peaghter. Is it worth enough to pull together the psilly psummit and fly in Psoozie and Htaum? FYI the Edit button lasts for longer than 10 minutes but less than 90 minutes . . . sorry, just couldn't sit there and watch it the whole time, I had to go and read about some prospective landscaping options.
  8. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrooooooooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. . .
  9. ahhhh. . . I was wondering about that too. I hate when I see one of my typos (sometimes hard to tell with the way we spell on this thread) but last time I wasn't able to go back and fix it. I shall now post and then set the timer to see how long we've got!!! All this talk of a past pissing-match/hissy-fit . . . just makes me curiouser and curiouser...
  10. Oh Yes . . . what with you approachin' 4000 and all . . . if you had implants, almost a gare-un-teeeeee that breast poppage would occur.
  11. Perhaps this is why I never became a perfume wearer . . . do you think Tom Ghtaughtmn and I are related?
  12. Right eye is in intense pain . . . I need me a pirate patch. I loaned out a jacket about a week and a half ago and got it back yesterday. Twas a bit chilly today and I've been wearing it. It donned on me that she had obviously been wearing perfume and the odor/vapors are bothering my sinuses which in turn bothers my eyes and teeth (had an xray once at...
  13. Busy busy day here . . . and I didn't even take another stab at the mountain of mulch, but I'm happy to report that my last Market Day Sale (PTO fundraiser of which I am the chairman) has been completed. Suppose to rain tomorrow so probably no mulching then either . . . darn it . . .
  14. Check your asian markets. I bought "spring roll skins" there . . . haven't done anything with them yet . . . that are made from rice. I've never bought anything like that, the girl at the store that helped me said I needed to soak them in water first to make them pliable. Check labels because they had more than one kind and some of them had wheat.
  15. What part of the country are you from, Laura? Do I already know this? I don't remember if I do . . . it's been a long day. No sillies (or yetis) have yet to show up and help me spread all this freakin' mulch. Have had to do it all meself so far.
  16. Fan*F@#&ing*Tastic!!!! Yep, I'd be a mess if someone took me out running everyday . . . . . . too thin is not a problem, though.
  17. Oh . . . Thank Gawd for you people!!! . . . If I wasn't a regular on the silly thread, I wouldn't have know what he just said!!!! . . . Probably not fair to only quote the one line from him, but I really only needed the one word . . . Em, what time is Elsie's appt?
  18. Yes . . . I'm afraid I'm going to have to pass also . . . It' just a quick 11 hour drive . . . but, you know, price of gas and all that . . . Em - here's hopin it's something simple . . . just some over training or such . . . needs to warm up, stretch more . . . perhaps she should start off with some Yoga . . . I bet she'd be good at downward...
  19. Yes, yes . . . another good way to sabotage this prospect . . . vomit during the interview.
  20. . . . Or sometimes work out of your own home (in your pajamas and slippers).
  21. How are the pads of her feet? Where do you run her? Are you running on roads/sidewalks?
  22. Here is a list of companies that have a "do not hide the gluten" policy. It's worth looking over, then if you're in a store and needing something like salad dressing but didn't research it ahead of time, you know that you can just read the label of a Kraft or Wishbone (Unilever) bottle and be OK. Open Original Shared Link
  23. Kraft is a company that discloses all gluten (doesn't hide it in vague terms like "natural flavor"). Therefore, if you don't see wheat, rye, barley or oats on the label, then it's OK.
  24. So . . . you know a good way to sabotage this is . . . two half losts of spellin misteaks on yer resumay.
