    My daughter likes gluten free pizza - she NEVER liked the gluten pizza. In hindsight, I wonder if it bothered her stomach. Fruits and Vegetables . . . that's a universal problem, Celiac or not!! My kids do a decent job of eating fruits. To get a larger variety of fruits in them, I puree frozen fruit and overly ripe bananas with V8 Splash...

    If you google Clan Thompson, you will find their site. You can purchase food and/or drug lists from them or a subscription where you get updates every three months. I think it would have been most helpful in the first month or so. By the time I purchased it, I had already done a ton of my own research and gotten into my routine of what new brands/products...

    A lot of syrups aren't . . . Clan Thompson says Eggo syrup and Log Cabin Country Kitchen (MUST BE Country Kitchen) is OK.     ...go back to a gluten-free diet? I'm assuming you were gluten free for a while and then on gluten for your blood test? How long were you back on gluten? If it wasn't long enough, your blood test might not be accurate. Stay on gluten until your endoscopy.

    We vacation with another family and we have also have had gluten-eating guests. I usually just lay out the rules up front, talk about how cross contamination works . . . if you're eating a (gluten) sandwich, you can't reach into the bag of chips . . . stuff like that. Then I tell them (and I think this is important) that I will be repeating myself frequently...
