    There's a Weight Watchers recipe that uses black beans instead of (most of) the oil, er sumptin' like that. I'm sorry, but that just does NOT sound appealling. Black beans do NOT belong in desserts.

    Not all Wendy's have dedicated fryers. If they do have a dedicated fryer, then they are safe (apart from the risk of cc). We always ask when stopping at one that we haven't been to before. Frosties aren't a problem in this house.

    I've seen those. They're pretty small. By the time you cut off the rind, I can't believe there would be too much left. I'm sure I could eat it in one sitting. Patti, I'm sending you one Skeeter and one Smackl via UPS. Don't worry, I've poked holes in the box and written "Fragile" on it. I'm sure they'll make the trip just fine.

    Well, I must say . . . all cameras ARE phat cameras. One of my favourite lines from Friends . . . watching the "Prom" video of Monica and Rachel from high school and Monica is hefty . . . Monica says "well, the camera adds 10 lbs you know" and Chandler answered with "how many cameras are actually on you?"

    Nope . . . not ready for any mirror-like artwork. Did you not hear me . . . got at least 21 pounds to lose(that would be 1 stone and a half dozen pieces of gravel to Nik). Have you ever wondered why some mirrors are skinny mirrors and some mirrors are fat mirrors? My phrend here swears that Ann Taylor puts skinny mirrors in their dressing rooms...

    Took a little over an hour to catch up on the reading. Been really busy and it's not going to get better for a while although now that I'm caught up, it shouldn't be as bad. Whenever I get behind, I seem to put off getting back on here until I have time to catch up on all the reading . . . I know I should just jump in, but I can't seem to do that. ...

    Can't wait for the cookbook Rache!! Hubby keeps telling me I need to open a gluten-free bakery . . . but would I want to bake if I had to bake?? Just picked up Skeeter from school . . . she puked . . . she was over-due. It's a week and a half before we go to Cincinnati to meet the new doc. Can't wait. Sure hope I like this guy. Can...

    We've had it and we have liked it. It turned out much better as cupcakes. I think it's really easy to over cook it and dry it out as a single layer cake . . . I've done that twice now. I like my "from scratch" recipe better, but it's a nice option to take and bake on vacations/trips. We've never had any problems with the brownies.

    What we call Smarties in the US are gluten-free . . . and have heard Canadian smarties (which as said above are not even similiar) are not gluten-free.

    Aparently, everyone has one of these now as they are no longer available... couldn't even see what it was. Miss ya Toe-Muss!! Skeeter got her ears pierced. Totally obsessed with keeping them "clean". Has already visited the nurse at school because she just HAD to clean her ears/earrings. Questioned the nurse on whether she had the "correct" solution...
