    My daughter has been fabulous adjusting to the gluten free diet. It has been almost two years now. The other day she said that she was really sad because she missed Chicken in a Biscuit crackers.     Emily . . . sweet shot of the snoozen poochez OK . . . the Bob's Red Mill corn bread did NOT go over. I was really pleased with the appearance and the taste was fine (although I'm not much of a corn bread person) . . . but everyone thought the corn meal was too coarse. Hubby prefers the sweeter corn cake bread.
