    I have been wondering about my liver, too.     Jo - Your son's results are very similar to mine - my IgA was a weak positive of 24, my IgG was a high positive of 127, but my tTG was negative.     Hi! Personally, I did not notice any pain from the biopsy, but I did it at the same time as an ERCP to clear my bile duct, so I did have pain from the ERCP. I had and endoscopic ultrasound a few weeks earlier, which is probably similar to what one would feel with just a biopsy, and I did not have pain with that...maybe just a little sore the next day and...

    No, I have not ordered a test yet from Enterolab, but I am most likely going to do that soon. You may want to consider having an Endoscopic Ultrasound. In this test, they go in through your mouth and then are able to ultrasound the bile duct to see if there are any stones in there.     I had a severe attack in Feb 2003 that left me with abdominal pain and pale yellow stools.
