  1. Thanks for the link! I'll have to try this. And yes, I buy my coconut milk at a little Thai grocer, and it's usually 30 cents to a dollar cheaper per can.
  2. I loooooooove Chipotle! Any time we travel away from Boise (please, Chipotle, come to Boise!), we make a point of going there, if nowhere else. Glad you enjoyed it!
  3. I had the cough, too. Reflux, even if you don't have heartburn, can cause spasms in your esophagus, which in turn cause you to cough.

There is also Enterolab out of Dallas, which tests stool samples to determine all kinds of food sensitivities, even after you've cut something out of your diet. I did the gluten...
  9. This could also be due to another food sensitivity developing. Lately I can tolerate BBQ sauce unless it contains corn syrup (HFCS or regular CS).
  10. I had the same symptom before I went gluten-free the first time, and the symptom went away completely when I went gluten-free. I did a gluten challenge after that (not recommended!), and when I went gluten-free the 2nd (and final) time, that symptom lingered. It turned out that during my gluten challenge I had also become lactose intolerant, and as soon as...
