  4. I hear ya I flew to Italy on Delta, and the gluten-free dinner was "unavailable" despite being assured that it would be on the flight at check in, and for breakfast they brought Cornflakes. There was nothing edible on the whole flight!!!

Hi, my mom is Gluten intolerant, and has been dealing with blood clots for the past 4 months, despite being on strong meds, she also noticed that when she accidently eats something "glutenized" the seem to get worse. could there be a relationship Also I read that people with exercise-induced asthma are more likely to have Celiac?   7. I strongly encourage you to start a gluten-free diet! My mom was VERY sick last summer, and she was tested for Celiac, but it came back negative, however she decided to try gluten-free dietting, and within a week there were MAJOR improvments, now after a year she is almost 100% better! many prayers!
  8. I feel your pain!! My mom has a gluten allergy, and was dagnosed two days before traveling over 800 miles to see the in-laws. her mother in law was VERY upset about it.   10. Hi...My mom (who has a gluten intolerance) and I took a trip to Italy in May. We went all over (Venice, Florence, Assisi, Sorento, Pompeii, and Rome) I LOVED Florence, and highly recommend it.
