  10. well i had the celiac blood tests 5 years ago and they were negative. what happened was I contracted a horrible stomach virus and was also on antibiotics for several months prior and then my whole system collapsed - i then became lactose intolerant and developed food sensitivities over the course of a 5 year period. so i think the root cause was the damage...

  13. i dont think i can take it cause of my dietary and lifestyle issues. the job will require a lot of travel and if i'm not home and cant cook for myself im gonna be forced to eat out or skip meals cause there wont be anything I can eat. i really don't know what to do

  15. im confused- i have been using the Classic Rice Dream milk cause its says gluten free on it and have been avoiding the enriched cause its says it contains barley protein, but now people are saying all the products have gluten. is this true?
  16. oh i'm referring to the Rice Dream ice creams also, the rice dream that is not vitamin fortified is gluten-free - the one w/ vitamins has 0.02% barley gluten

  18. i feel fine when i eat eggs, however, my doc is addressing the big picture here which is that I have an imbalance in my gut as well as food sensitivities. not sure how accurate the blood test is but the #'s were very high for eggs and dairy.

Hello- I purchased a bread mix from Namaste foods. has anyone used this mix before? my bread came out alright, but its didnt rise very high to the point where the slices are large enough for sandwiches. i let the yeats rise for 1 hr then just baked it. any suggestions how to make the bread fuller? thanks
