One Thanksgiving I offered to bring banana pudding to my in-laws. My sister has a great recipe so she walked me through it on the phone. my son had pains in his legs until going gluten free. he would wake up crying most nights. it only took a few days of him being gluten free for his leg cramps to stop completely.

We think my 7 yr old son has Celiac. His many symptoms went away on a gluten free diet. When he has gluten it seems he always gets fever and sore throat. Anyone else experience this.

even if you are allergic to wheat instead of a true celiac it would seem that you would still have a lot to gain from this site. the solution to both problems are the same. good luck with your testing. i hope you are able to find enough healthy things to eat!

My mother in law took my son (he has celiac) to El Charro's yesterday. He had hard shell taco's and felt bad last night. Does anyone know if their tacos have gluten. Anyone else have problems eating there? Thanks

My son has leg cramps anytime he has gluten...it is usually the first symptom to show up with him. before we started the gluten free diet he had them daily ( i thought it was just kid stuff he is 6) he stopped having them within a couple of days of starting the diet.
