  2. I found out that whipped cream has a wheat based ingredent. So it may be the whipped cream that is culprit. I am newly off gluten so my sensitivity is not as harsh but I can still tell. I am going to go get a white peppermint mocha hold the whipped cream and I will report back with what my tummy has to say about it.

    What does everyones meal plan look like on an average day? I just started going gluten free full time and I am looking for idea. So far I have been eating a lot of rice, popcorn, and tuna.
  4. I read that the D and soft stools are caused buy the malabsorbed food not being digested properly. Depending on the level of damage to your small intestines you might not have been glutened but just had additional wast that would have normally been absorbed.

  9. I can never tell actors by their faces, I always catch the voice. Although I enjoy not knowing the actors more, I can focus more on the story's rather than the actors.
