There is a brand called OneSource that have some great multivitamins. I have only found them at walmart though.. They are gluten/dairy free..

I buy wingettes from walmart, bake them, and them put them in a bowl with Moore's wing sauce and shake. And yes its gluten free, i get it at walmart. Much better than frozen wings
