  2. hi lisa b from reading everyones messages i have come to the conclusion that everyone is differnt with celiac disease it effects us all in a different way i still find things i am having trouble with and i have been gluten free since 2002 still have the depression and shut myself away in my safe house where everything is great as i dont have any tempations...

Hi shar4 it is fantastic that you feel so good about yourself now but the tablets are helping you dont go off them you need them for a while at least i made the mistake of going off them and now i am regretting it i am actually going back to the doctors to go back on them let me know how you are going and hope things are great for you and yankeedb thanks...
  4. hi stacie i am wondering where you can get the bobs red mill bread mix i make my bread by hand but put it in the bread maker to bake as at the moment its so hot here im in australia weather about 40oC so i dont light the oven...... i would love to see if it is available here jacque

Hi there cristie i have the same problem i dont work but when i go out or have lunch with people i ask for gluten free people look at you as though you have two heads and then say it wont hurt to have something huh they dont know the half of it i just wish one day they would see what it is like i have really bad days where i dont even go out and my hubby...

Hi there yes the depression is part of it too if you need to take tablet then take them they will help with things nobody knows you better than you dont feel as though you have failed (as other people will make you feel) i felt all these feelings too and still do some days i just want to curl up and be alone (most days) but i just keep going i must admit...

  10. i am finding that coffee make me double up with pain and i have cut down on tea might get some decafe tea has anyone had decafe tea and does it make a difference

Hi steve i have the same problems with certain vitamins maybe you should just increase you calcium intack by foods like sardines and tuna any fish with edable bones brocoli etc and make sure you have some dairy products like cheese i have these (i cant drink milk as it reacts with me) hope this helps

Hi there i really think you need to see a gastroiterologist ( dont think that is how you spell it but you know what i mean) tell him you symptoms and he will be able to help if you have a wheat problem then cut that out and see if it is just that but i really would get to your doctor as you need seeing let us know how you go jacque Australia

Hi there i too have a wieght problem (among others) i have started to eat everything from the low GI counter the lowest one there is a web site just type Gi index and it should bring you to one i have lost some weight i dont need to lose much but hope this will help you will be supprised at what you can eat and reward yourself a chocolate at the end of everymonth...
