    Good luck w/ the gastro, and I gotta say, if I were you I think I'd go gluten-free no matter what the doc said. You said you were feeling a lot better in just 3 wks!! Not sure if I understand the part about "it wouldn't last".

    Yes. Dairy & soy did it to me. Have you tried eating free of those? For me it took 2 entire weeks free of soy before I knew I was on to something. I'd previously gone w/out for 4 or 5 days, per common recommendations, and didn't see a diff so went back to eating it. Caused me to lose yet another yr or 2.

    yeahhhhhhhh . .... I was thinkin' something like that too!! I'm at work for some rare afternoon hrs. The company is in a 2 week <mostly> shutdown, so the equipment isn't in use. woohoo i need more HRS !!! But gotta take off soon for my CHICAGO BEARS on MNF - still a shot at the PLAYOFFS !!!!! :D

    Good to hear Dad's better now, Em. Yup, but quite a few yrs ago. Worked great & I *did* buy some today - after working 'til ~10:30p last night then being up 'til ~4. Probably will try tonight.
