    I spent a few years in the 90s thinking a little was ok if I had no symptoms or easily manageable ones. It ended up costing me 7-8yrs of my life. Some CC may be unavoidable, but it'd be a (potentially huge) mistake to do what I did.

    Ehhhhhhhhhhhh Barrett's isn't generally called pre-cancerous. The phrase "carries increased risk" is used, but having a car carries increased risk of decapitation in a highway accident. Doesn't make car ownership "pre-decapitative".

There are so many ingredients in the products you ate it'd be difficult or impossible to narrow down what's the problem.
