    I just wanted to add that Kinnickinnick(sp?) gets rave reviews on their gluten-free ritz-style crackers. If he's gonna be that adamant about Ritz, these could be diff betw 100%gluten-free & regular cheating. It might even work better psychologically to have a couple wks ritz-free before the substitute - maybe a less recent remembrance of Ritz makes...

    With regard to Amy's, for years I've heard of ppl feeling CC'd by Amy's Frozen Food products, but not the rest. I can't remember anyone w/ a problem w/ Amy's soups or chili. Even *I* can eat one of the chili varieties. (I'm practically whole alphabet-free, much more than I list at bottom)

    Hoping this doesn't come off as too harsh but that is simply not true. I do understand how a celiac w/ primarily or only GI symptoms would think this. But celiac can affect EVERY system in the body due to gluten/gliadin fragments entering the bloodstream via the leaky gut, which I believe has become acknowledged to exist in every symptomatic celiac...

    Re: Thyroid - I got the full buncha tests w/ 3s 'n' 4s 'n' frees & whatever last year but all were "normal". I think not even Low Normal, since I knew to look for that. Did it thru an N.D. tho.     A perfect example of evolving medical science. 10 years ago, leaky gut WAS deemed wacky, but is now generally accepted.
