    I had trouble w/ the brown rice ones too, until exTENsive experimentation produced a method that makes them pliable but not gummy. <hate the gummy> So, for anyone w/ cracking or gummy brown rice torts, here's what works. There's usually a smooth side and a pebbly side. I wet the pebbly side under running water & put it wet-pebbly-side...

    Well .. . .my 30days ended a few days ago. Expected to see something interesting at some point, but only had a couple weird BMs, which didn't seem related, but maybe they were. Hard to explain .. ...like they halfway fell apart after expulsion. Anyway - hope it did some good even w/out visual proof.

    Well, despite a completely grey sky, it's a pretty nice morn here too. It'll be sunny by noon. Today's our Cinco de Mayo parade - a big deal 'round these parts. It starts ~ a block away, so I should get out there & check it out. Then the festival is all day, and free. I'll have to tear myself away from NBA playoffs but it should be worth it....
