Scott Adams's post in Is Kroger brand tomatoe paste gluten free? was marked as the answer
It is naturally gluten-free, and if it had any chance of having wheat in it then they would be required by FDA regulations to include "Allergens: Wheat" on the ingredients.

Scott Adams's post in Coffee confirmations. was marked as the answer
I'm not aware of any major coffee brands that label their coffee as gluten-free, however, it's one of those naturally gluten-free things that has a very low chance of wheat contamination.

The vast majority of celiacs won't have issues or symptoms in the work scenario you described, but we had similar reports from others who are super sensitive, especially by those who have worked in regular wheat bread bakeries or other...

Can you tolerate gluten-free oats? If so, you could certainly make them without sugar. There are other hot cereals like this one that has very low sugar:

Scott Adams's post in Yellow stools after gluten exposure was marked as the answer
It's part of healing, but it does seem like a long time to still have effects from a single incident. Are you sure your diet is 100% gluten-free?
Also, if your doctor doesn't get celiac disease it might be time to switch doctors....

I also eat out, but have adopted using AN-PEP enzymes like those in GliadinX (a sponsor here) just in case there may be some gluten contamination. If you eat our regularly, this is the likely cause for your elevated tTg levels.

Scott Adams's post in Husband just diagnosed with Celiac, need help with vitamins and supplements that will really help was marked as the answer
I'm a strong believer that most people with celiac disease definitely need to be taking a good multi-vitamin/mineral formula, and some of my long-time symptoms like numbness and tingling in my toes only went away in the last few years...

Scott Adams's post in Does my 4yr old need an endoscopy or can we just go gluten free was marked as the answer
I would also be very cautious about having an endoscopy done on a 4 year old, especially if you have a family history of reactions to anesthesia.

Scott Adams's post in Cooking ware, what to use, what to replace. was marked as the answer
There are differing viewpoints on this topic, but most celiacs agree that wooden items and cutting boards should probably be replaced. It's doubtful that metal, glass, iron, plastic, etc., could not be cleaned sufficiently to eliminate...

Scott Adams's post in OVERWHELMED, TRYING TO COPE was marked as the answer
It is very strange that anyone, let alone a doctor, would tell you that you could not get celiac disease because you are South African. Anyone with the genetic markers could get celiac disease, and at least 1% of Europeans have it.
