  1. Safeway does have a gluten-free list, I am not exactly sure where my dad found it, but it lists all the commercial products they carry that are gluten-free
  2. the book against the grain has them in the back in all different languages. they are very helpful when you are traveling to different countries
  3. i wouldn't trust it i got sickk from the steamed milk there before because of cross contamination
  4. i don't think that it is necessary to be in a relationship with someone with celiac disease you want to find someone who cares enough about you to keep you safe and that is what matters most

The only reason i can think of is if you want to help out in the research for the new pill you need to be biopsy diagnosed. i guess if you want a complete answer you could do it, but sometimes there are false negatives and then you will still be sick. my sister had a negative biopsy but out herself on the diet anyway and feels so much better. the best test...

  9. I almost always talk to the chef but if the chef cannot come out the waiter takes the card to the chef and then he can prepare something for you

  12. mariann, you can always make your own restaruand card. it is very simple and then you might be able to dine out more. just put the allergens on it and how the chef can prepare your food so you are safe ang happy and have a good dinner out for once in a while.

I went to a spanish immersion camp/weekend in February adn there waas no prroblem. the kitchen staff didn't speak much english but that was okay because my mom talked to the director and i was allowed to go into the kitched and get any of the food my mom left me at any time. i didn't get sick, even though it was only 2 nights there and 3 days i had a great...
  14. I eat out a lot and a restaruant card helps a lot because when i am with my friends my parents aren't there to make sure it is totaly gluten-free

  22. I've never been to Alantic city but I think if you take a gluten-free Restaruant card you can find food anywhere because they can always make you something.
  23. It could very welll be thyroid problems, you could also try and see a sleep doctor. in the fall i started to be so tired and i went to a sleep doctor and it turns out i have sleep apnea, you nver know, you could be ripping your hair out in you sleep.

If you call stokes pharmacy the gluten free pharmacy, they will tell you that the only 100% gluten free over the counter pain reliver is glodline baby asprine but they can compound you a gluten free ibuprophine if your doctor sends them a prescription, we called them when i was getting sick from advil. the only gluten-free tylenol is Grape Suspension and...
