  1. Dietary improvements are a test in itself, also bcause you hve beeen gluten-free you would have to go back on gluten before you have tohe biopsy which is probably something you never want to to again, it is your body and you make the ddecesions whatever you feel is right is what you should do.

  3. I agree with Boojoca. It is up to you, it is your body and your decision no one elses. Symptoms are really different for every person, even if you d0n't get sick, you still have the disease and whenever you are eating gluten you are damamging your intestines, no matter what you feel. You think having Osteoporosis @ 26 is weird, I have it and was diagnosed...

    I do agree it is hard with Cross-contamination, I eat at restaruants but not use salad bars because the croutons usaually fall into something

  6. I would clear out part of the counter and a pantry and have that part be strictly gluten-free. Get a gluten-free toaster that will be used just for gluten-free bread products. I use the same dishes and silverware as the rest of my family but my mom scrubs them before. Have a pantry or drawer for gluten-free snacks like crackers and chips, also clear out ashelf...
  7. I would defenitly try the diet! also the blood isn't a 100% test, the diet is. Also, completely off the subject... do you live in Stanford? If you do i would love to talk to you. So try the diet, also she can have the gene but it just hasn't gotten bad enough to show in the blood test.
  8. Just don't but Malt vinegar, that is the only one that is not gluten-free and also wheat vinegar isn't gluten-free, but cider vineagr and apple cider vinegar are the same(i think)
  9. Probably because you had removed wheat it lowered the blood antibodies enough so it was a loww positive or the doctor didn;t know how to read it

I just got back from a school trip to mexico and I use a gluten-free restaruant card in spanish and I could always trust that beans and corn torrillias are gluten-free so that is basically what i ate. I was the only person who didn't get sick out od 19 of us. HOpe you have an awesome time!!!!!!

  21. Sorry I worded that wrong they started adding wheat starch to corn pops in january. Pruity penbbles and Cocoa Pebbles are still gluten-free
  22. I haven't, but you could be allergic to peanuts as well
  23. I was diagnosed at 20 months so I don't remember but I am guessing over a year because the doctors gave me 6 wks more to live because I was so malnourished
