  2. I wouldn't at all take the chance!!!! YOu would defenitly get some gluten because there are wafer crumbs in there and then as soon as you put your gluten-free wafer in there it ccan pick up the gluten crumbs adn you can get sick

  6. I get so annoying and in really bad moods when I get guten , I hit my sisters and just scream at them, he's not unique in this diesease, almost all of us get like this.
  7. Well I haven't had ranch dressing since I was liek 5 and then they said it was gluten-free so I don't really mind now because I really hated it.
  8. Probably because you are only eating gluten like once or twice a month indicates your low blood results, try the strictly gluten-free diet and see if you feel better.

  11. This is something my mom wrote a long time ago that was publeshed in the San Jose Mercury News in 1998 about when I was sick.
  12. whipped Philadelphia cream cheese is gluten-free, that's what i use all the time and i use kraft cheeses. I use hidden valley ranch
  13. YOu might want to get tested for sleep apnea because I needed 10 hours in bed to be able to concentrate in school, because realy I was only getting like 6 hours of sleep of the 10 hrs. I was in bed. Also I never remembered my dreams. Yes exercise helps a whole lot, it really wakes you up and it is much better than a nap.
  14. a lot of waiters bring the chef out and then you can directly talk to the chef about how things are prepared and I do that al the tiem, if the waiter doesn't suggest it then just ask to talk to the chef

  17. Also you can't wash everything off your hands, maybe if you had gluten on your hands then you wiped your nose or touched your face, there's the gluten!!! when i inhale gluten i get sick, just don't cook with it, make your family cook with the gluten.

  19. Yes cross contamination is a HUGE issue, you will not heal because you are still getting sources of gluten. You think having osteoperosis at your age is young, I have it and I am 14 and was diagnosed at the age 0f 12.

  24. If you feel better on the gluten-free diet then you don't need to have the biopsy but if you have had no imporovement then you may want to have the biopsy to make sure this is actually what you have.
