    I've been away too long.....but I'm caught up now. Been having some psilly on FB...or is that facegook!!!! (Love it!)     I really like the yellow sweet potato better than the orange. It's not as sweet, a little drier, and can be used in any recipe that other potatoes go in, including soups and stews.
