  2. Hi Lilly. Where there's a will, there's a way. Celiac Disease is something you can *live* with. It's frightening at first, but the more you know, the easier it is to deal with. There are so many things that you CAN eat.....focus on that instead of what you can't. It's not always convenient, but I've found I'm much better off without pre-packaged, pre...
  3. Hi Darlene. I'm certainly not an expert, but I have read several articles that relate some forms of autism to Celiac Disease. As far as bowels.....I had soft, unformed movements for years. I thought it was just "normal" for me. I called them cat-poops, because that was about the size of it. In spite of regular brushing and a so-called healthy diet, I...

  5. Hi Glutenguy! You are far from alone here! Yeah...it is frustrating to read about so many who find relief right away. I have also read that some take years to feel well...depending on the amount of damage sustained. I was diagnosed in Nov. of '07. and am still struggling. I know that I am not getting glutened, and a lot of the problems I had have cleared...

Manda-Villa......hope things get better soon. The sneaker needs to be taught that what he's doing is indeed illegal!!! And how is he getting access anyway? There should be some controls...
  8. Glad to see this here this am. Helps explain some things to me, that I wasn't sure was linked to celiac disease. Sometimes it's so hard to know what is celiac disease and what may be something else. Sure wish the medical community was further ahead in sorting this out.
  9. Oooohhhh heated mattress pad! Now there's something that's worth shopping for! Beautiful day yesterday!!! Sunshiny, warm and calm. Wouldn't you know I'd spend it inside. 13. 'Tis simple scy-ance methinks. Stir up the bottle.....while the dirty sediment slowly sinks to the bottom.....the greasy, featherwate scum drifts up to the top. All the good little molecules do the work to hold them up and continue on doing what good little molecules do Scene it over and over in many different types of bottles. There is no "real" gender...

Why is it that so many people who should not be pet-care-takers go out to get pets that they do not train, care for and otherwise abuse and neglect. I'll never get it. Seen waaaay too many of them...
  17. What kind of plant was it? Not that it matters to the fungus gnats....just curious Anyway, before I bring the plants in I water them with a mild dish soap solution, and wash down the leaves to kill anything I can. Then I place a gnat-trap in or by the plants.....a small dish with dish soap and soda. The sweet attracks the adults and the soap dessicates...
