  2. don't worry...it is a narural thing that happens to many people when they are about to fall asleep. Both my boyfriend and my x-boyfriend kept having that and they definately are not celiacs. It doesn't have to do with gluten at all
  3. yes....... I actually do have a very strong left side pain but I found out that it was from IBS and when I follow the diet that my doctor gave me about IBS the pain goes away. In my case it has nothing to do with gluten.
