  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. I lost about 7 pounds after going gluten free, which is a lot for someone who is only about 115.. so that made me kind of sad. I also think it had to do simply with me eating less because I couldn't figure out what to eat. I've started to gain a little of it back though thanks to whole foods and gluten free madeline cookies
  3. Also, if you still want a diagnosis but don't want to go back on gluten, since it seems like you are feeling better, something I read about on these forums is enterolab (Open Original Shared Link), they can do a stool test, which they say is more sensitive than a blood test, and you can be off gluten for up to a year I believe and still get accurate results...
  4. Can anyone link me to the list of gluten free birth control? thank you

Unfortunately they don't have any food allergy info on their web site and I couldn't find anything by google searching so I thought I'd see if anyone here knew...
  8. Agreed as well. As someone else already mentioned, they do use a lot of alternative flours. And at first I was upset that I had to give up naan, but I tried a masala dosa, which is a crepe made with lentil and rice flour and filled with potatoes, and it completely satisfied my craving for wheat... tasted just as good as a "real" crepe from a french place...
  9. Hi there, I'm new to these boards... got an "inconclusive" for celiac on the blood test a couple years ago and a negative for celiac on the endoscopy/biopsy also a couple years ago... but have recently (last 3-4 years or so) had "problems" with wheat... stomach problems, headaches, and rough patches on my upper arms (the last symptom something I couldn...
