    I started doing some prep work last night. I needed dry bread crumbs to top a cauliflower gratin dish. The recipe suggested to toast the bread while still frozen.     It's a company that is a supplier to the automotive industry. They're crazy busy, so .....lots of overtime! I think about a half hour drive from here.
