    Hi Ashley, and welcome! I eat a lot of nuts with no problem. You might want to keep a food/symptom diary for a while. I don't have your problem......just wanted to give you a proper welcome! I'm sure someone will come along eventually that can better relate.

    I used to bleed so bad all I had to do was sit on the toilet......didn't matter if I had a bowel movement or not. Two different colonoscopies showed nothing. I figured it out for myself. Sugar........especially fruit. No problems now.

    Not so much kindergarten as all of elementary ....and not so much the students.........it's the teachers! They coddle those kids way too much......especially the older ones who often are gangsta wanna be's and know how to manipulate the teachers. Do not play me, cuz I am not down wid dat.......You feel me? So today...
