    My husband finally quit smoking about 7 years ago. He had tried at different times ever since we started dating, 33 years ago........filters, gum, patches....you name it. Problem was, he was doing it for me, our asthmatic son, but not because he really wanted to. He also liked it too much. The time it worked was because he truly didn't want to smoke anymore...

    I had me dancin shoes on today!!!!.........best therapy evah! I am trying not to get psyched, but there's a possibility I might get to go to the Chicago Swing Dance Classic this weekend......free!....That's 3 days and 2 nights of continuous dancing, interrupted by the occassional nap! ......must not get my hopes up.     Is he eating gluten-free breads of any kind? Often the fragile digestive system can't handle it at first. He may need to eliminate those until he has had some time to heal.

    Sounds like you don't like yourself much, so you can't expect anyone else to be attracted to you. First order of business is to accept yourself as you are and figure out how you're going to work around your food issues. Try to find activities you can get involved in that don't revolve around food. There's more to you and more to life than what you eat......
