    I'm glad you don't have problems with Dorito's. I haven't tried them, yet, but I DO have problems with their Frito's.

    You said you haven't eaten bread in almost a year.......does that include all gluten? You have found a good place to be. Everyone here is extremely helpful. Give us a little background info and feel free to ask questions. Sounds like you would benefit from keeping a food/symptom diary. And put yourself on a very basic diet for now........meat, veggies...

    My Zeus has anxiety issues......hates any kind of noises. We used to keep him outside when we were at work, but he would always escape no matter what we did......especially on trash day (too much noise). Or he would tear up the back door. Then we started keeping him inside in a crate.........he chewed out of that. Now that he has Tinkerbell he's OK.........

    I found this one some time ago but haven't tried it, yet, because I still haven't delved into the world of gluten-free flours. KFC Coating Mix In a ziploc bag, mix 2 cups gluten free flour (I use celamix white bread mix) 2 Tbsp. gluten free baking powder 1 Tbsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 4 Tbsp. paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning...

    Absolutely no to Rice Krispies and Frosted Flakes. I wouldn't get anything with oats.....CC. Rice Chex is safe if it says Gluten Free on the box. Don't know about Kix. Dora Stars are supposed to be safe.

    I couldn't get them to work either. I once heard that *the vapors* was simply a polite way of saying *gas*.......hence the reason for the mad fluttering of fans!.........perhaps they were celiacs Aaaaaacccckkkk!!!!!!!........I'm not so sure I wanted to see that .........It looks so........freudian Good one Gian-knit! ...

    Whew! Wasn't sure what I would see! Boy, Peter.......you sure gotta lotta balls! Three trees total came down close to DS's house, but contact was never made. He now has a sh!tload of firewood! School at the university is closed tomorrow.....lots of trees and power lines down. Hubby and I are back from dancing.......my all-time favorite...

    Latest news from Nacogdoches, TX.... Son and DIL are pretty much done with IKE. One more tree down.....missed the front of the house by a couple of feet. Residents are requested to stay home and not venture out, as most roads are impassable. Trees and power lines down everywhere. All is well.......they survived their first hurricane

    Perhaps you cooked them too long? I use a toaster oven and they are always crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. (I put them in frozen at about 400 degrees)

    I have had the hardest time with that, especially since my last name ends in an "s". possessive for Angus would be Angus's. If it were a plural proper noun, such as The Smiths, the possessive would be Smiths'.......as in The Smiths' house is for sale. More than one person with the same name endng in s would add es.....as in There were two Anguses at...

    Got a call from my son a couple of hours ago. They are in the middle of the hurricane. The eye was supposed to pass about 20 miles from them. Their town was not evacuated....probably because it is so far inland. I think it"s only a category 1 at this point.They lost power. One tree came down onto their patio. A tree in the vacant lot next to his house came...

    My son and daughter-in-law just moved to Texas. They live about 2 hours from the coast, directly in the path of Ike.
