  2. Gotta love Lilly Tomlin!!! When I was in high school, I did a skit for the talent show..doing Edith Ann......I even had the big chair! At that time, my mom had just had a baby, and our dog had puppies........so I wrote my script about knowing where babies come from
  3. Last Fri was the 8th anniversary of my mom's death.............can't help but wonder if she had celiac. Almost lost her many years earlier when I was a kid.......had a busted appendix for 9 days before going to the hospital. I remember she said she just thought it was something she ate. Makes sense that if food was already making her sick, another tummy ache...

  7. I don't eat bread for my own reasons, but I have seen others mention that gluten-free bread is heavy on the stomach and hard to tolerate while you are healing.

  16. When I was in the hospital years ago, I asked the nurse if I could wash my hair in the sink.......Nope!..........so I waited until the changing of the guards the nurse shift changed...........and I did it anyway.............I figured if I got caught, I could claim that I didn't know!

Different regions have slight variations to the same sign.....and sometimes totally different signs. For me, *silly* is also made with the *Y* hand.......thumb and pinkie up, all other fingers...

  23. Soozle.........awesome epiphany!!!!!! To be able to break through all that despair just long enough to see the answer is no easy feat. It takes a very strong woman to accomplish that.   24. Jessica, I am so glad you have decided to take the leap! You won't regret it! Just remember........some symptoms may show an immediate response, others will take longer. If you have any problems or questions, let me know. It takes time to get it right, but it's worth it!
