  2. guys, I just started be gluten free since 2 weeks and already can see the difference. I strongly suggest doing light exercises like yoga etc, it help with digestion and muscle relaxation. I'm taking also B12, magnesium, vitamin C, omega-3 and pulling sunflower oil every day. All that helped me to regain strength and get rid off depression. good luck
  3. it's really hard to believe that you got this symptoms because of kissing... It had to be some other reason, unless your boyfriend is built with gluten
  4. Just wonder if these disease can affect creatinine level which is main indicator of healthy kidney. Recently I had it slightly elevated during my all problems maybe cause by celiac disease, still not sure though. I was doing also some fasting which I know has some influence on that too. I'm just concern for miss diagnose. thanks
  5. thanks, but I don't need other doctor, have tried too many. I need them only for lab tests anyway... Even interpretation I do myself.
  6. Tom, I live in US 10 years already, but originally from Europe. I had same bad experiences in both places though. Because of that I ended up studying myself alternative medicine and only go to doctor for e.g. X ray referral etc. In my opinions and many others 90% of physicians are useless and even dangerous. 4 years ago I thought I was almost dying...
  7. Just came back from the doctor totally frustrated - how they're getting their diploma? I told him all my symptoms and he said it's not possible that I had symptoms all over body, that I read too much internet and impose on myself sickness... Then I have to suggest him maybe I have spine problem or celiac, so he gave me referral for blood test, then...
  8. I don't feel pain all the time, only sometimes cramps, gases, bloating etc. More often though theses attacks of tingling and weakness.

  10. I drink half of tea spoon of cayenne with water daily to strengthen my heart, but assuming I had celiac disease is it safe for sick intestines? thanks

  12. ravenwoodglass , looking at your history footnote I've noticed many misdiagnoses - how come they could misdiagnosed kidney damage for this? I'm asking because I have done creatynine test and had a little bit elevated (1.5), but It was just after long fast so I guess it explains.

  15. I can take to not overdose? Hi, just want to make sure if I really need B12 that o pill suggested on the bottle is enough. I guess not, somebody also suggested B12 in drops. thanks
  16. thanks. but you're getting this all of the sudden? like a switch from good feeling to weak feeling? how much do you take B12? I bought B12 in pills, is it OK too?
  17. Hi, I just want to check with those of you who having these symptoms because I'm still not sure if I'm getting that weakness, tingling etc from spine problems or from celiac disease. When I've read on other thread about symptoms everything actually match to mine. I want to ask one thing though that weakness I'm getting come and go all of the sudden usually...
  18. One thing makes me thinking since celiac disease is genetic, is it possible my parents don't have it? or they just don't know it? Also if I have, my kids will have too? and can I get it later in adult life? I know my father had once big problem with digestions, but thought is a ulcer and treated it with herbs.

  20. hi, thanks for response, looks like I found finally very nice and helpful forum So celiac disease can actually mimic spine problems symptoms like tingling, dumbness and weakness? That's really great news that I can get rid off theses awful feeling by having gluten free diet. BTW, I'm having heart attack also because of those gases and bloating...
  21. Hi all, Can symptoms come later in life? Or can be initiated by adult too? I have had some problem with digestion and abdominal pain since maybe 5 years but I'm 45 now. If I had from the birth what damage could cause already celiac disease to my guts? So I suspected to have celiac disease and tried for a week to avoid gluten, got better meaning no bloating...
