I am gluten and dairy free and with in the last year I have developed rosecea. I have not been real strict on my cosmetics and hair products about not containing gluten, but I am now thinking that I really need to get on top of it. I really need some help on what to use and not to use and if anybody has any idea of how to control my rosecea I would love to... -
I have been gluten free for 5 years now. I am real careful about CC but it could always happen. The only other this I can think of is a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Hi everyone, I am in need of some advise. I have been bloated for probably 3 weeks now. I am really watching what I eat and I even go without eating just to see if I can get this feeling to go away. I could use some ideas of maybe why but for sure how to get rid of this pregnant feeling.

My daughter made the best fish-n-chips for dinner last night. We don't usually deep fry food but we were all craving fish-n-chips. We used Pamela's Pancake and Baking mix, you can use water, 7up or milk, one egg and spices. Put whatever spices you want. We used paprika,salt, pepper, garlic and onion. OMG it was so so good. I am so excited that I got a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer for Christmas all I want to do is make some bread. Does anybody have an fairly easy recipe for bread. I just want to use the dough hook. I know I am kind of strange.

My daughter's bestfriend's 1 1/2 daughter was just told she can not have wheat, soy, corn and milk. Other then making her own is there a baking mix out there that she can use. She is not looking forward to this. Her daughter doesn't understand why she now can not have the things she use to be able to have. So any help would be wonderful. Thank you.
