  3. While at any Disney resort or park all you have to is ask for the manager at any food establishement. They will give you the list of their gluten-free items and prepare them for you.   4. Hi, I heard that Garlic Jim's has gluten free pizza crust. Has anyone ever eaten there? They just opened one up by my house and the owner told me that he is working on getting the gluten-free dough and should have it by the end of the month.   7. FYI Carinos restaurant in the Doral area of Miami, Fl is wonderful. They have a gluten-free menu and the manager was very friendly and helpful. It has very deliciuos Italian food.

Hi guys I will be vacationing with my family in Breckenridge, Colorado in a couple of weeks and I was wondering if anyone out there is familiar with restaurants in that town that can accomodate my Celiac daughter. e leave for Breck on Jan 14th.   13. Does anyone know if Greek food (specifically Gyros) are gluten-free? My duaghter was diagnosed 2 weeks ago and we are new to celiac and the gulten-free diet. Our family loves to gout for Grekk food but we are not sure the ingredients of the gyro meat. thanks for any info you may have. Tica
  14. I am new to the gluten-free diet (my daughter was diagnosed with celiac two weeks ago) What is Pamela's baking mix? and where can I get it? I live in Miami, Florida and the only market that offers a variety of gluten-free foods is Whole Foods market. Tica
  15. When I called the 1-800 number I was told that, although the McDonalds fries ARE gluten free, they have a coating sprayed on them prior to shipping that contains gluten. The grilled chicken also has gluten added to it. Wendy's has more gluten free options than McDonalds does.
