Had negative blood work but positive biopsy? Is it true if you are not really eating gluten befor your labs it may come out negative? The odd thing for me my B 12 is on the HIGH side (I slam down supplements). Is the neuropathy with celiac only due to b 12? These stinging pains hurt, its like a bee sting jumping around my small joints!

I am happy to read this. I have had stabbing, stinging migratory pains, muscle twitching ALL over, extreme joint cracking (at its worst hundreds per day with the twitching and cracks), have had "gerd" for 3 yrs I have been tested for MS, ALS, you name it--had scans etc... My labs do not show celiac though so I am not sure if this is the reason behind... -
How common is neuropathy -ie muscle twitching all over, stinging/stabbing pains (electricul feeling)

Long story short but a yr ago started to get stabbing nerve pains, muscle twitching DAILY all over-thousands, have had gerd for 3 yrs, now I have been having pancreas pain and its inflammed. I have had COUNTLESS tests and still no diagnosis. I had scans of my pancreas, it showed nothing -my dad died of pc so it scares me. I cannot help but think its all connected...

My dr is sending me out one, I am hoping this is the reason for my pancreas issues and nerve pains vs something more scary. My last celiac came back negative Any advise? I will be having a new EUS to view my pancreas soon and while he is down there will ask for him to biopsy my stomach too -

I am interested about this too. Just posted my experience but have had inflammed pancreas and a host of other issues. My pancreas issues have been going on since Feb, my dad died on pancreatic cancer--so it scares me a lot of course. Thanks for your response. I have not been dx as having issues with gluton, so I eat oats, bread etc...I am wondering if soem people with gluten issues have elevated lipase levels due to digestion issues. Thanks so much...

So I spoke to my Dr's admin finally, my level in D is not super low (though it was lower than it should be).....he does want to meet with me next week. Here I am scared again. I have noticed my BM's have been mor frequent, like everytime after I eat (3 x daily) when usually its hard for me to go! Sorry I know, TMI. Also...what about that left sided pain...

Well he did say Aciphex does not allow our body to absorb D and I think I read B 12 too. I had been on it on and off for a yr vs 8wks...this was not even the Dr that prescribed it. I have major acid issues to the point that I get extreme sharp shooting chest pains due to my esp spasms...feels like a heart attack. I am off the PPI now. I use to pop advil... -

Do you have bone pain and shooting bone pains too? Still waiting on my results, admin at dr office said they will call by the end of the day! I feel I have been good avoiding wheat, though I do eat cliff bars daily...??? -
Does anyone have cracking joints with this? I should be getting my labs today to find out what is going on with me. I cant handle the shooting pains and bone pains, the fatigue is bad too

Wow I never knew this could be a side effect of aciphex, the thing is I have been on it for about a yr on and off, prob. this round about 3 months. Would side effects come on this late in the game? I am not on gluten free but started today. Can Celiacs cause weird pain in jonits and bones? I am really really scared. I am only 33 and am so tired of all... -
