Had a great pizza tonight from Pasquale & Sons Pizza in the Heron Lakes Shopping Center. They use the Still Riding Pizza crust and cook in a dedicated convection oven. Honestly? It was just nice to go into one of my former haunts and walk out with a pizza in a box. If you are local I also highly recommend Tunie's Market in the same center. ...

i was there in october -- but was not dx'd or gluten-free at the time. i just wanted to chime in here and say i.love.new.hope. if i win the lottery i am moving there. :-) anyways, i may go for a day easter weekend so I am curious to hear what you find. please let us know!

I was going to suggest Envirokidz too. Both my daughter and I love them. The first time I saw them was at Whole Foods...for about $4.69. Last week at I found them at SuperTarget for $2.49 a box.

pretty excited. just got back from Publix. i just picked up some pasta elbows and tons of oberlander boxes of cookies for my freezer. gluten free black and whites -- woo hoo!!!!

our supertarget carries Ians which is kid friendly stuff. I get the gluten-free chicken nuggets and they also have a kid cuisine type meal that has chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, corn and a brownie. I am giving this to my daughter tonight. the boxes are yellow and it is next to the kids cuisine shelves.

Is she still there? You may want to contact the Social Work office at the hospital to act as your advocate. While I agree the hospital should be more responsible, ultimately she is your responsibility and you should also make sure she is being nurished, even if from home, while she is there.

Hi -- I am in South Florida... For the largest variety concentrated in one place there is Whole Foods. There is one in Coral Gables which is somewhat close to Kendall -- 6701 Red Road Coral Gables, FL 33143 USA BUT... I find that Publix (our local supermarket) and even SuperTarget have a lot of the same items for a lot less $$$. It just takes more time...
