  1. I had been avoiding them, but I kept hearing that sprouted grasses should be safe and decided to give them a try. If sprouted grasses also make people sick; what about the sprouted breads?
  2. I've been gluten free for about 9 months and doing pretty good. I've been told that wheat and barely grasses should be free of gluten protiens. But I don't know. I used a supplement that had those items in it and I'm feeling mild glutening symptoms. Are these grasses always gluten free?
  3. I self diagnosised almost the same way you did. I had been sick with adrenal fatigue for several years and I wasn't seeing much improvement with the regimen my doctor had put me on. After a while I began to get worse. Then my best friend (who was suffering from chronic faituge) was advised to go gluten free. It seemed a pain in the a@@ to me. But once...
  4. Wow I wonder how long your marriage is gonna last? Did you even bother read to what other posted? No said they hated anyone, people said they were irritated or frustrated with family and in-laws behavior. None of posters stated that they wanted any further accomodation then what you suggested. Only respect for their differences and needs. To not be told that...
  5. Thank you. Its nice to know that someone whose never seen or met me before would be thinking about me. And yeah those horrible feelings do pass. My sitiuation hasn't changed at all and I'm definitely still worried, but right now its not so overwhelming- I don't want to jump off a building or anything...
  6. Thank you everyone. Today did something I should have done months ago and made an appointment with a Celiac specialist hopefully they will help. I don't like to think of myself as disabled or not in control of the situation. *sigh* I'm worried about the celiac specialist though because my diagnosis is based on a combination of me feeling better while gluten...
  7. Hey Guys, I'm feeling much better today. And you guys have given me some good info. Its so hard some days. The most frustrating things is when I feel great, I feel great and I think to myself I'm not sick I can do this, this is nothing; like the one poster said this is a pebble. But when that pendulum swings my life seems like a never ending nightmare...
  8. The stress from trying to manage my condition and my life is going to drive me crazy. I can't take it anymore. I'm struggling with depression and every time something bad happens I just want to kill myself. My job is not being understanding of my situation if I accidentally eat wheat I am disabled for about two days and find it difficult or impossible to...
  9. I went about 80% anti-inflammatory right after going 100% gluten free to help speed he healing of gluten symptoms. I've been gluten free for 7 months and I think it helped especially when I see where I am in comparison to some of the folks who have been gluten free for much longer. I almost never eat processed foods. I don't eat any night shade plant...
  10. I take 10mg of lexapro daily for six months and never had a reaction like that.
  11. You may have also developed a sensitivy to another food. Coffe causes me the physicial symptoms you described.
  12. Gosh you just described everything I've been dealing with for the past couple years. Just replace college with job, stuies with promotion and paint and draw with exercise and write. It is hard, frustrating and depressing. I've been gluten free for 7 months now and for the most part I'm okay. The accidents cause me problems though and I don't know how to get...
  13. ichasefreesbies I have some suggestions that might help you out. My sister is dealing with yeast overgrowth, she couldn't eat any starch and had gotten so thin was about diassappear. Getting rid of yeast is a long hard road and improvement takes times. After she'd been without starches for several monthsand painfully thin she'd only seen modest improvement...
