I had insomnia horribly when I ate and Amy's gluten free dairy free frozen dinner on sunday night. It was horrible. I tried everything. Then when I did finally fall asleep, I had horrible nightmares. Won't be eating Amy's anymore.

The Tinkyada Brown Rice Spirals were wonderful and super easy! My husband loved them, too. I just got a gluten-free Marinara and gluten-free Sausage from Trader Joe's. Leftovers were ok, but freshly cooked is better. Already on my grocery list for next time!!!

Great, I can't wait to try. I love salt and pepper, but I need a change.
