    I'm 30 and I don't think I've had active celiac for more than a year. About 10 years ago I had my colon removed due to Ulcerative Colitis. So lucky (or unlucky) for me I don't have problems getting backed up I had two last hurrah donuts today and I think I'm paying for them now. I feel kind of clamy and my head feels weird.     Thanks, I have a lot to learn. I just want this mind fog to go away and the overall feeling of blah. Looking forward to a gluten free life.

    Well , just got back form the Dr. and 3 of the 4 blood tests for Celiac were positve so I have an official diagnoses of Celiac. Now, for you experts out there how long did it take to start feeling better. I don't have any gastro symptoms. I have all the weird symtpoms: 1. Headaches 2. Fatigue 3. Mind Fog 4.     Thanks for your replies. The Dr. said I did not have Crohns . I do have Ulcerative Colits which I had my colon removed because of it. The blood tests are in. They want me to come in and talk with the Doc. I think that means they were positive. Could this be the last day for Gluten? If so I will miss you

    Can you tell me what your symptoms are and how you were diagnosed with candida? I think I might have it as well but I'm not sure.

    I still have not got blood test back but the biopsy came back with inflamation in the small intestine but no villi atrophy. Anybody know what that could mean?

    I'm waiting for those results to come back. I had a scope and biopsy and pretty much everything was inflamed, I had stomach ulcers and my small intestine was inflamed. I also have GERD. The funny thing is I have no stomach or abdominal pain. You'd think with all that inflamation going on I'd have some pain with it. I think not having a colon helps...

    Ok so it all started last August. I mentioned to my wife one day that my chest was tight. It wasn't painful but it felt like there was tightness in my chest all the time.     Yes, I get that crappy fractional light thing. It stinks. I'm not sure what it is but it drives me crazy. Also, when a person is standing at a window and I'm facing the window talking to them the light from the window bothers me and it's hard to focus in on the person. Whats the best way to check for nutritional d deficiencies?

    especially at night. Car lights and street lights are especially bothersome. Been to optometrist and opthamologis and given clean bill of eye health. Seem to start when all the other weird symptoms started.

    Thanks for the replies. So I'm still eating Gluten because I'm going through the testing stuff still and tonight I ate a bunch of pasta full of Gluten. About 30 min later my head was really buzzing. Couldn't concentrate, just had to go lay on the couch. I've been feeling really hungry and having this mind fog crap since Dec.     I'm also interested in the last item on your list. I have been having this symptom now for a few months. Blood test will be back tomorrow confirming celiac or not. I actually hope its positve . Tired of feeling crappy all the time. I havent started gluten diet yet.

    I haven't been officially diagnosed yet but I'm fairly certain I have celiac. Biopsy came back with cell changes but they weren't sure if it was due to stomach acid or celiac. Had a blood test done and will find out tomorrow. In a way I'm hoping for a positve so I can finally figure out whats wrong with me. Here are my main symptoms, can anyone relate...

    That's great news! I'm awaiting blood tests to find out if I have it. The scope wasn't conclusive. Can you describe what your mind fog felt like? That seems to be my main symptom. Thanks

    Hi Jmd3 I'm having the exact same weird head/neck issues that you explained in this post. Did your problem resolve itself or did you do something to fix it. It's very annoying and bugs me quite a bit. I wish I knew what it was. Thanks for any info
