So if you go on the gluten free diet because you have a child in your home who has celiac and you want to make it as safe as possible, is it dangerous for the others who are not celiac?

This is incorrect. I just received an email from Progresso. Here is their reply. In other words, if the can says "Gluten Free" it is. The lists on the internet are not always up to date. Noticed recently that Progresso is actually labeling their soups Gluten Free. Creamy Mushroom is one of them. However, today I received an email from Ceceliasmarketplace saying that this soup is NOT gluten free. Does anyone know if it truly is? Sure is good for those green been casseroles.

I love Pamela's Bread Mix, but my bread becomes moldy after 2-3 days. Any suggestions to prevent this? I keep it in a tupperwear container at room temperature. I don't like the idea of freezing bread, as it takes on a different taste.

Anyone know of a gluten free bakery that makes birthday cakes in the Metro Detroit area? My mother-in-law is turning 80 in December, and I would love to surprise her with a gluten free cake.
