    Hi I've been reading up on candida and related symptoms that can look like gluten intolerence...i'm very confused can someone explain to me what it is and how you can be tested and treated. It made me anxious reading about it ....maybe that's my problem and if so can i get rid of it need help on this issue please Diva

    Does anybody know if digestive enzymes help with gluten intoerance....i was reading up on it and it seem to maybe help the abd pain and D...Its probably a product bought at naturel stores?? anyone know anything about it I would appreciate your answers or your views on this . Diva

    I feel its a bit tough for me too a this moment...just gluten free for one month doing better but its hard to eat out .its like eating with anxiety hoping that you are not going to be glutened....i guess its live and learn, I'm glat to have read your post it makes me feel better to know that I'm not alone with this Diva

    Hi Does anyone feel like this..anxious when eating out or trying new foods even though there listed as gluten free (from internet)... I'm gluten free for only one month now it took almost 2 to 3 weeks to feel better...and when i gluten myself by mistake it takes almost 4 to 5 days to recuperate... I dont want to have a phobia about food....but i get...

    Hi Cloudy urine most of the time means dehydration...so make sure you hydrate well.....it could make a difference

    i was glutened 3 days ago..before that had a great 6 to 7 days of complete no belly pain....on gluten diet for 2 1/2 weeks now....the sore belly and funny BM is gone but have a lot of epigastric pain..even sensitive to press on stomach..I take nexium for acid in stomach but just cant have any relief from this....anyone ever have this kind of epigastric sorta...

    Hi I havent been on the chat for a while, my doctor put me back on regular diet because my celiac test was negative..well after 3 weeks i got dramaticaly worst and really in pain..but he did agree that i could be intolerant to gluten without the celiac desease..so back to gluten free and in a week already feeling much better but not 100% .. then i went...

    Hi Need to now if this is normal for celiacs....I have a sore throat with kinda canker sores or some white and reddish sores in the back of throat and lately coming up in my soft pallet... My Diatician said it looked like Crohn's.... Diva

    Hi there just had lots of family over and of course cooked breakfast for everyone and used a teflon pan to cook lots and lots of bacon.,.....washed it well....now this morning cooked my gluten free pancake and boom 3 ours later bathroom here I come...so I'm thinking contamination? anyone has an answer or had similar experience.. thanks.....     Hi Need a little help here, I'm gluten free for 2 months now doing better but still feeling my gut at times...I guess It takes a while to heal up before we can tolerate anything... Is it O.K> to have a little glass of wine socially of course....or does it hurt our still healing bowel.......... I have a BBQ event and kind of hesitant to drink anything...

    Just a quick question....we find all kinds of sites withgluten free product listings....can we trust them or should we keep away from them.....unless they come from a celiac association

    The chicken I had bought at a M&M meat store it comes in a boxe all pre seasonned...... they have a list of gluten free meats on internet....do I have to question all these list, they are not all safe I presume.

    i just had M&M meats chicken seasonned breast that was on a gluten free list....can it be wrong and i just glutened myself...anybody there had the same experience...................please tell me

    Hi I thought that campbells chicken broth was gluten free. then heard otherwise....anyone out there can help me with that....dont like to gluten myself...it hurts to much.... DIVA

    Hi If you go on a gluten free diet stay on it for at least 2 to 3 months...some see changes as fast as 2 weeks but others it takes months..... not sure about your stool color changes with calcium but I know that with celiac stools comes in all sorts of colors and soft to hard to diarrhea... good luck with your diet and dont get to down if you gluten yourself...
