Hi I had a heavy gluten load at a restaurant (that told me it was Gluten-Free) and was not. its 5 days and I still have belly pain (no D except the next day of being glutened) but the joint pains are incredible and sleepy sleepy...feel exausted. Even the non gluten food i eat seams to hurt my bowels...Could it last this long or longer...although the symptoms...

Hi I guess I just need to vent a bit..just had a weekend away with family to boston to see the Boston Pops ( wow) anyway on 2nd day there I'm felling so good and toasting to my feeling better and being able to enjoy myself without being in agony with pain...Gluten free for 4 month....soy too.. anyway..boom.   6. Exactly my symptoms...I keep saying when i sit i get lots of epigastric pain gowing up my esophagus giving me chest pains....when i lay down bingo it get better....Last week had GI and dicovered a hiatus hernia so that probably the culpit..... DIva
  7. I had gluten free turkey supper from the previous night.left overs...i made sure not to contaminate.. can it be just the flour powder that i could have inhaled or what..

Hi Yesterday my husband made his Christmas bread that he traditionally makes every year.I've been gluten intolerant for about 1 year now and gluten free for 3 months...so yesterday i stayed out of the kitchen of course because of all the flour etc....he cleaned all the counters etc...during the night i woke up around 3ish and had bad cramps..could i have...

Well Lacotose does not agree with me so went soy milk ...now after having cereal or glass of soy milk but not even a hour later the big D comes with cramps...can I be Intolerant to soy also....but what do I do now ,,no milk no soy, where will i take my calcium intake etc......ouff will the be food out there for me.. I'm taking Nexium and looked up in the astra zeneca web site and i looked up for gluten free... well it read that the company can not garantee gluten free ok so can anybody suggest a anti acid for my stomach burns and reflux...Losec...is gluten free I think...and here I was eating fruit flavored tums (with gluten) and wondering why i still had epig pain...
  12. Hi, After being so carefull with my diet and DOING well....Iwas having belly pains and D...I could not put my finger on what was causing this.... Then bingo taking anaprox (anti inflamation) for joint pain....and looked the medication and it contains GLUTEN....well I'm so angry and upset...I do usually ok when i gluten myself with foods that you can...

  18. Today i had a GI small bowell study...lots of abdominal pain tonight..Could it be the barium meal....anyone know anythong about this...... just wondering.................DIva
  19. Did anyone try chinese herbal teas to sooth epi pain. I went to a naturopath (not sure) if the name is correct...and she gave me this ginseng and astragalus tes extract.. anyone ever considered or tried this.... Diva
  20. hi I'm gluten free only one month and still have residual epi pain and mid gut pain at times...but i started running and playing racket ball again but it seems that with strenuous mouvements my belly hurts... is this normal and with time will go away..... cant wait to get back in shape after one year of being sick and not able to do much... Diva

Hi oh yes I have those too..they are very painfull....for me it feels like my food is trying to come back up my throat...tighness and chest pain and hurt right thru to back.....hang in there...i find if i eat smaller amount it helps..dont fill your stomach up to max....and sit up while it last dont lie down.... in case you have reflux.....   24. Hi Roda, I notice on your personnal history that you had heart burn....did you have it a long time after going gluten free....thats my bigest problem now if I could only get rid of the burning and it feels like it my food goes up my eseophagus....it really hurts....and annoying big time
  25. anybody have any problem with macdonalds french fries???? Had some this afternoon..now belly aches....
