Hi Jennifer, Sorry to hear you are feeling unwell. I'm new here but should my post help - my complete blood count in January was normal. All thyroid numbers were normal, and iron and cholesterol. Well, I started a lactose elimination diet today. So far my nose has run after a meal of whole wheat tacos. Go figure. I'll try two weeks as I am so looking forward to feeling better. Great place to talk about how you feel. Thanks. -
