  1. I realize this thread is pretty old, but I came across it when googling "Classico gluten". Why, you may ask? Because I am 99.99% certain that I was glutened by the sweet basil Classico sauce. Tinkyada pasta. Gluten-free kitchen (except for instances like this sauce...). Mozzarella cheese on top (No, it doesn't usually bother me). Violently ill almost...
  2. gluten-free for: 2 years Record: 2 weeks without "glutening" Right now: 4 days since last glutening by supposedly gluten-free Jennie-O Italian turkey sausage (for the second time, thought the first time was random CC) Cheating: zero Risky eating: less and less, until I thought it was zero, eating only out of my own gluten-free kitchen, but apparently...

I have been on both sides of the issue- trying and failing to get a pharmacy to look up info for me, getting sick on meds that I couldn't get any info about (the requisite Z-Pak and ibuprofen from the urgent care on a Friday night...), but also calling companies and trying like crazy to get...
  5. Amen. I credit my Celiac diagnosis for forcing me to wake up to what is really in my food. Granted, it is scary to try new things and to have to make such radical changes to your everyday life, but I really think what I'm eating has only changed for the better- Celiac or not.
  6. I think the hardest part of "glutenization" is figuring out how to avoid repeat episodes... It's hard when you just have to eliminate everything that could have caused it even though some of those items could still be fine! I looked online at the McD's cafe style drinks when they first came out, and I remember some of the ingredients being questionable...
  7. Is it bad that reading about other people's horrendous symptoms makes me feel better? I somehow thought I was the only one, even though that it obviously not true. Glad I came across this board! My symptoms: -1st is the anxiety/panic attacks -next is that "I've been run over by a truck" fatigue -then comes the depression and brain fog, no motivation...
