Hi, How exciting that you're heading off for an adventure in Korea! I lived there last year but really found it to be quite challenging. I don't think I've ever been so sick in my life (or at least not since I went gluten free, dairy free). I occasionaly found some products marked gluten-free in the larger grocery stores (Lotte Mart and Emart), but...
