  1. dante'sgirl I live in Cincinnati area and would like to hear more about Doc Greens. I've never been there but it looks very interesting. Are any of the meats gluten free? I concur with all the restaurants listed. I always enjoy Cheeseburger in Paradise, PF Changs, and most of the Mexican Restaurants are good. I love the Tacos Rincon at Rincon Mexicano...

  3. I actually buy mine right from Udis online and have it shipped to me. My first shipment was great... the bread was moist and held together for a sandwich. My next two shipments were not as good... crumbly and they fall apart when I go to eat my sandwich. Because I get mine right from Udi, I think it's most likely their process and not the stores that has...
  4. Where will you be going for a month? Someone on the board who lives or has traveled to the area may be able to give you a lot of advice on specific restaurants and grocery stores that are celiac and allergy friendly. You can do a lot of investagion on the internet before going also. I have not traveled by airplane much, but I have done well enough eating...
  5. A restaurant I frequently eat at that no one seems to have mentioned is Penn Station. I LOVE their fries. As far as I know, french fries are their only deep fried product. They cut their fries fresh to order from the stacks of potatoes you see in the bins. Then they fry them in 100% peanut oil. I love to go there and get a club sub salad and order of fries...

  8. Why did they have to pick something that has oats in it? I'm too afraid to try them. It can't be that hard to find something delicious that's gluten free that doesn't have oats in it. Sunny
  9. I looked on the Udi's website and couldn't find an ingredients list for their bread. Can someone fill me in before I order? Along with the gluten, I want to avoid millet, dairy, and bean flours. Thanks so much! Sunny
